Refund and Exchange Policy


We continuously strive to provide products of the highest quality and hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase.
However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may request a refund within 30 days of receipt.
No refunds or exchanges will be provided after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Initiating a Refund:

To start the refund process, please contact us at support@shopking.com.

Requirements for Returns:

If you wish to return a product, please send a return/exchange request to support@shopking.com including the following information:

  • Order number
  • Photo or video evidence of the issue or defect

Return Conditions:

  • The product must have all original tags attached.
  • The product must be unwashed and free of any smells, perfumes, or traces of cosmetics.
  • The product must be in a resalable condition.

Exchange and Return Costs:

Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs in the following cases:

  • If the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or product.
  • If the customer did not read the product description carefully and ordered the wrong product.
  • If the customer changed their mind.
  • However, if the order is canceled before shipping, it can be refunded without a restocking fee.

Refunds:

A tracking number is required when returning your order. Without it, the refund service for your order will be discontinued.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 5-7 business days after we receive the return.

  • Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
  • A tracking number is required for the return.
  • Refunds will be processed after the product is inspected based on the 'Return Conditions' upon its arrival.
